Hamilton island offer’s a sports club and array of organised activities like indoor and outdoor yoga, but the island itself is its own gym.
Our favourite hike on the island is the Saddle Junction Hike. Ranked for a moderate fitness level and with a 1.8 km distance, it's a great option for the whole family. If you are lucky you might even spot a Proserpine rock wallaby
Take the opportunity to enjoy a sunrise sand run on our beaches or a hike with the reward of incredible views, available every day!

Water Activities
From snorkelling to swimming, diving and so much more, Hamilton Island is the epicentre of activity during your holiday.
Our favourite snorkel spot is at Catseye beach: With the existing coral reef just a short walk from Catseye Beach, there are plenty of safe, easy snorkelling opportunities. Visiting the "world's best beach", Whitehaven, is only a short boat trip away.
If you want a relaxing day at the pool, check out Main Pool. It is fun for all ages, with a swim-up bar and comfortable deck chairs.
